2026 Pinnacle Award Nominations Are Now Open
Nominations close Sunday March 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
The Pinnacle Awards are CPRS Hamilton’s annual recognition and celebration of the best of the best of our industry. Each year, we provide a number of categories through which public relations professionals can demonstrate their achievements from the previous year.
Nominations for the 2026 Pinnacle Awards are open from January 21 to March 15, 2026.
About the Pinnacle Awards
CPRS Hamilton Chapter is proud to recognize the exceptional talent of its members and those of the wider community of professionals within the public relations industry through the Pinnacle Awards. Pinnacle Awards are open to both members and non-members of the Canadian Public Relations Society who work within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Hamilton, Halton, Niagara and Southwestern Ontario.
Communications campaigns or projects executed by you and your team within the last two years* are eligible for this year’s awards program.
*Each submission must have been planned, produced and completed within a period of two years prior to the entry deadline. A project may have been started prior to the previous two years, however, the evaluation/completion of the project must have been within the last two years
By entering the Pinnacle Awards, all submitters confirm that their programs and projects meet any standards set out in the CPRS Code of Professional Standards. All entries become the property of CPRS Hamilton. The decision of the judges is final.
Nomination Qualifications for Pinnacle Awards
Pinnacle Award nominations are open to:
- All CPRS Hamilton members regardless of their work location;
- Non-members who work within the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Halton, Niagara and Southwestern Ontario;
- Non-members whose program or project was executed within the Greater Toronto Area, Hamilton, Halton, Niagara, and Southwestern Ontario; and/or
- All CRPS Hamilton student members regardless of where their school is located.

Pinnacle Awards Gala Event
The Pinnacle Awards Gala and CPRS Hamilton Summer Social will take place June 2026. Please check this page later this spring for more information.
