2024 Annual General Meeting
The CPRS Hamilton 2024 Annual General Meeting will take place virtually on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. ET. A calendar invitation with details will be shared with current CPRS Hamilton members in advance of the meeting.
The purpose of the AGM will be to address the following business:
- Elections for positions on the Board of Directors as required by the Bylaws;
- Presentation and approval of the most recently published annual financial statements of The Society;
- Receive and consider reports and recommendations of the Board of Directors of The Society.
- To conduct any new business of The Society.
Documents for the meeting will be shared with Members in advance of the meeting. A minimum of one-fifth of membership is required to attain quorum.
For members who cannot attend the AGM, a proxy form can be submitted. Please send in your proxy form at least seven (7) days before the meeting takes place.
