2026 Annual General Meeting – Virtual

The CPRS Hamilton 2026 Annual General Meeting will take place virtually on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. A calendar invitation with details will be shared with current CPRS Hamilton members in advance of the meeting. The purpose of the AGM will be to address the following business:

1. Elections for positions on the Board of Directors as required by the Bylaws;
2. Presentation and approval of the most recently published annual financial statements of The Society;
3. Receive and consider reports and recommendations of the Board of Directors of The Society.
4. To conduct any new business of The Society.

If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to complete and submit a proxy form. A minimum of one-fifth of membership is required to attain quorum.
